Tasting Notes: Deep purple/black with a bright red rim. Lifted fruit aromas of fresh mulberry and maraschino cherry intertwined with aromas of green peppercorn and floral notes. Whole bunches and stalk inclusion during fermentation has added lovely peppery and savoury aromatics and textural complexity. Redbrook Shiraz is a style rare to Margaret River. Medium-bodied with the palate showing remarkable drive and length of flavour with layers of texture and the capacity for longevity in the cellar. This is a wine that will continue to develop and evolve in the bottle over time. Vibrancy and the purity of fruit is at the forefront of the style.

Tasting Notes: Deep, intense ruby red color with a striking violet tone. The nose shows its habitual elegance and exhibits potent aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as plums, figs, and blackberries. Soft notes of black pepper and charcuterie intermingle with interesting aromas of tobacco and butterscotch from the French oak, which lend complexity and heighten the seductive aromatic profile of this classic Chilean wine. The robust palate is very well balanced with nicely rounded tannins. Its excellent structure and volume lead to a remarkable and pleasing finish that is very consistent with the nose.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a brilliant, intense red colour. The nose is redolent of black fruit (Burlat cherry, plum) and beautiful floral aromas. These fruity flavours carry over to the palate, which also features peppery and spicy notes. The wine has an elegant, fine-grained tannic structure. The aftertaste is fresh, long, and fruity. The wine is altogether wellbalanced and elegant.

Tasting Notes: In the nose is is a seductive cocktail of almonds, spices, balsamic notes and leather. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, half-grippy, half-velvety, not overly-fruity and it shows great structure and harmony.

Tasting Notes: In the nose, nice tannins and some vanilla. On the palate delicate tannins, round, full-bodied, flavour of some chocolate and vanilla, few of spices and plum.
USSEGLIO CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE BLANC 2016
Tasting Notes: The 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a blend of 70% Clairette, 25% Grenache Blanc and 5% Bourboulenc. One-fifth is barrel-fermented and aged in new oak, while the rest is done in stainless steel. The result is an attractive balance of honey, orange sherbet, vanilla and briny freshness on the finish.
